A reminder of what FIBA is all about

The Financial Intermediary & Broker Association (FIBA) was launched in January 2018 and is dubbed a “new modern member organisation” that is dedicated to supporting all types of professional finance intermediaries in growing their businesses and delivering excellent products and services to their clients. The objective of FIBA is to support its members by providing relevant training, guidance, expert advice, business support, and industry updates.

The Lender and Funder Partnership is an exclusive director panel, designed to rise to the challenges and time constraints financial brokers are faced with. The directory includes funding providers for a range of scenarios who are specially vetted to attain approved status as specialists in their area.

What has changed in a year with FIBA?

This past year, FIBA has added value to its membership by providing added benefits including:

Launching the Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance (CPSP) qualification - enhancing standards in the sector
Hosting the FIBA Annual Conference in Manchester and the FIBA Specialist Property Finance Summit in London
Grown its broker membership

For 2024, FIBA has committed to grow its membership further - it will continue to raise training standards and improve direct access to its membership. This will allow Onyx to speak directly to interested parties looking to improve their business opportunities.
