Onyx Money Ltd are experts in providing financial solutions for property developers. We are dedicated to keeping on top of market trends and ensuring our customers are kept informed of any changes that might affect their borrowing, projects, and investments. Our staff are the driving force behind everything we do, and as such are rewarded and respected for this.

Onyx Money has been an extraordinary place to work since its inception in 2019. Based in the prestigious Just Develop iT offices in Segensworth, Fareham, the Onyx Team enjoy a wealth of benefits as part of the Group and Onyx Itself. So much so, that in March last year, Onyx Money was awarded the Investors in People Standard Accreditation.

The Investors in People process

The Investors in People Accreditation recognises the investment Onyx has put into its workplace in all years since inception. It was at the end of 2022 that it was decided to apply for the accreditation, and we were awarded in March 2023 – a very short evaluation period as it was evident early on we were made for this award.

In a nutshell, the process starts with consultations to discuss the ambitions and challenges of the business and how this performs against the Investors in People framework. This then forms the basis of all assessments and one-to-ones. The practitioner will then arrange meetings with a broad number of staff for discussions which will then be collated into a feedback report. 

This report, together with other research, procedure documents, and paperwork will all be scored to confirm the organisation’s level of accreditation (standard) and any suggestions for improvement.
